The distance selling regulations allow you to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods and returning the goods to us, carriage paid, for a full refund of the purchase price, and original delivery charge, excluding any surcharge for 1st class postage, express delivery or shipping to locations outside the UK that you may have agreed to prior to purchasing the item.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept the return of certain goods that have been removed from the protective sealed packaging, the packaging that should not be removed will be clearly labelled. These goods include bedding, cushions, and incontinence products.
Goods should be returned in original condition with original manufacturers boxes.
Return labels should not be fixed to any manufacturers boxes or packaging.
You should obtain proof of posting, you are responsible for the goods until they are received by Fred Walton Mobility.
